Masters in Human Nutrition
Active Release Technique provider

I have been in practice since 1982. I received my BS degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, my doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic and my Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. I have been an active release technique provider since 2008.

My philosophy of healthcare is to keep the body running optimally so it’s immune system can handle disease. Not everyone is created equally — we have genetic differences and have to do the best we can with what we have inherited. Our genes, however, only determine 30% of our health; the environment determines the other 70%. The body has an innate wisdom to heal itself, when given the right tools such as having a good BMI and good sleeping, eating, exercising and de-stressing habits. Preventive medicine is important. Having a good intestinal biome is key. You can make a difference in how you feel without drugs in many cases.

Combining chiropractic and lifestyle choices is a win-win approach to healthcare.
